Your Mission:

This is QA with real teeth. You'll own the test strategy, shape how we build software, and make sure what goes out the door actually works.
From writing airtight manual and regression test cases to hammering APIs with Postman and combing through SQL to find data issues others overlook, you’ll be hands-on in every sprint — not stuck in a silo.
And when you find something’s off? Your team will actually fix it. No brushing it under the rug, no “we’ll get to it next quarter” responses.

What We're Looking For:

• QA instincts sharp enough to make developers nervous. You’ve got 3–5 years of experience, build smart test strategies, and never miss a bug.
• Tech chops that back it up. You’re fluent in Postman, SQL Server, and T-SQL, and you validate everything from APIs to messy data with precision.
• A voice in the room. You don’t wait to be asked. You speak up, solve fast, and lead with confidence when the pressure’s on.
